4. Enter the code to complete your login

There is no password to remember. Your account details and shipping addresses have been carried over to the new store.

If the verification code does not arrive

Please check your spam or junk folder first, and add mlvince.com to your safe senders list. If the code still does not arrive, try logging in with a different email address. A new account will be created automatically for that address.

About your order history

Your previous orders have been carried over to the new store. After logging in, you can view them under “Orders” in your account page.

If you have a question about an order that does not appear there (order number, shipping status, returns or exchanges), please contact our support team directly. Including the following details will help us look into it quickly.

• The name on the order
• The email address used at the time of the order
• The order number, if known
